Hi. I've been trying to download ring tones from the App Center on the AT&T site to my Pantech Renue 6030 phone. The message I receive on the phone says to click the link to complete to complete the download, but when I do I get a message that they are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try back later. This has been going on for 2 days now. I've Chatted on line with AT&T technical support and no one seems to be able to find the problem. Is anyone else having this problem? My phone does not have a data plan so I did not want to search thru my phone for ringtones.

From what I found on the APP site it does confirm that pay per use data at the least is required for downloading anything from them.
