Ihave a HTC Inspire that I have rooted. The original OS was ginger bread and now I have it running ice cream sandwich. I have theis thing so tweaked that it is three times faster than it was stock. However, I have tweaked it so much, there's nothing left. I've been seriously looking at an early upgrade to the iPhone. Something different.

That's what's on my Nexus S. (gingerbread)..and no updates to ICS at all.
I have no idea how to root or tweak anything, so, I guess I'm stuck.

it's not that hard Di, however..it ou have to be willing to forgo your warranty, and know that it might be possible to brick your phone in trying to root it. I advise people that want to try it not to unless they are tech savvy.
I would suck to have a $600 paperweight.

I think my warranty is up anyway..but I am NOT tech savvy..and I wouldn't even attempt it.
Now, see if you lived closer, I'd let ya play with my phone and do it for me. ![]()
