I have about ten people I would like to sign up for U-verse. The problem is we do not know when they can sign up. They are either getting ready to move into a new home or there contract is up with there current company or want to upgrade to HD. The problem is I can only tell them if there location is ready to turn up. Not when they will be able to turn up. It could be a week or it could be a year. I would like to be able to tell them if they should wait or go ahead and sign a contract.
A list of an estimated time would be great.

There is no way to tell this right now as even Customer service just uses the database that you have access to on the ATT site. If they are looking at switching providers, tell them they can switch to Dish through ATT temporarily with no contract, that way whenever Uverse is ready they can go to it whenever they want.
