I could use $1 mil.--
Bad cat fight early this AM, Frank vs. Belle; Belle won.
Frank is at the vet now with a torn ear and possible broken foot. ![]()
She torments him, and when he gets the chance, he gets even. I saw the look, but couldn't get up fast enough to stop him from chasing her--under the bed, was a nightmare. Plus, it's new hierachy time since Clovis died.
What next...![]()

Thanks, yeah, never a dull moment here, it it's not UV, it's the cats! ![]()
Frank's ear is fixed up, and nothing was broken; so just pain killers through the weekend. Vet said his foot is just bruised, probably from the face-to-face, 2-cat-ball rolling around during the fight.

I shouldn't laugh, but I had two cats that would do the same thing. I learned the hard way never to step in between them. Water works best.

Everyone have a great holiday weekend with family, friends, acquaintances, whatever the case may be. If you are travelling be safe, and if you are staying home be safe. I have appreciated all of the info you have given over the past year and look forward to more in the coming year. Merry Christmas.![]()

Yeah, all with their own distinct personalities! We joke that it's like OZ here with the cats, you know, the HBO series about prison? I can't go into it here, but you get the idea. ![]()

Spd you goofed up my driving plans. I was laughing so hard reading about Leo attacking I would have trouble driving to the store. Your zoo is always interesting.
May you, the zoo inside and outside, and your son have a great Christmas and next year.

Yeah, I've had a lot of cats in my lifetime, but never one who does that! He just gets very upset when I break up a fight, and no real idea what his behavior means.
Glad to provide a laugh; stay safe on the road!

Just as Alfie & I were turning the corner on our walk this morning...(28 degrees)...the gal next door came outside with her Yorkie puppy, Peppermint. Well, as soon as the pup spotted Alfie she cam running and the playtime and rough housing was on. They were having a ball but momma was standing there in her pajamas and barefeet...becoming rather impatient and freezing her you-know-what. Well.....we got the dogs to calm down a bit and Alfie and I went on our way to accomplish the purposes of our walk. No fighting here....just fun. She climbs up on Alfie's head and he gives her a little throw. She lands a foot away, rolls over and comes back for more.
Gorgeous day....this Christmas Eve. If you have clear sky tonight look for the planet Venus hanging brightly in the SW sky around 5:30 to 6:00 PM. Then look up...almost overhead, slightly to the east and you'll see Jupiter gleaming brightly. A spectacular sight.
From my family to yours.....we wish yoy a very Merry Christmas.

Is that the puppy that got lost a little while ago?
We've got rain now, and probably all day.
Going to a clinic in a bit as I just found out the boy plucked out a nose hair, and now there's a swollen knot inside. No Christmas dinner outing this year, and hope this visit turns out well.
Nice graphics! And that reminds me, I have a card I need to scan in and send...it's one of Alfie's people. ![]()
I say this every year, but I hope next year is better than this one. ![]()

Yep. That is the little gal that got lost. But they found her curled up on a neighbor's patio....right beneath the clothes dryer vent outlet where she could keep warm. Luckily the lady was drying clothes at the time.
In Honolulu, HI they have this Christmas decoration on the grounds of one of the city government buildings. Santa enjoying the spirit of the islands. Sorry it's blurred. The bus was moving at a pretty good clip and it was a "grab" shot:

The problem of living in the East is we are too straight laced. Loved the picture. Thanks for sharing even if it would not make the cover of Life. It is the thought that counts and it came out pretty good.

Whoops. It just occurred to me that perhaps I should explain Santa's hand gesture in that picture. It is a common one used by nearly all Hawiians. The thumb and little finger extended with the three remaining fingers folded in to the palm. It is a gesture of friendship....which can mean a variety of things....."hang loose bro"....."all is well here, how're things with you".....etc. etc.
We tourists in the bus were a little shocked at first when we saw our driver making this hand signal to other drivers and pedistrians. Then he explained it...and we noticed it being used by nearly every Hawaiian we met.

Kinda like the *Hook 'Em Horns* sign that UT uses, or it could be *Rock On*, or the *Sign of Satan*. ![]()

Youse guys!
How many VZN customers here are going to be paying that monthly $2 fee for paying their bills online or by phone?

That will last about as long as the BoA fee lasted.
How can paying online cost more then processing a check. The fees that the Credit/Debit Card charge take a bite but electronic transfer should not cost .001 cents per transaction.
