Well I decided to try to make a local forecast sig image. This first one is really horrible. You can't read the "SEVERE WEATHER ALERT" in the corner. This is what it looks like:
I'll fix it soon or make a better one. Incase you still want it though, paste this html code in your sig:
If you are creative, please help out and make one. The only restrictions is that it can't be larger than 48 pixels high. I actually made this sig in Paint, so you can use that. If you have an image but need help converting it into html, let me know and I'll help you.

Here is what I came up with UT.
A bit more clear.
I made another one on a clear background, but all the exclamation points came out looking like *I*'s instead. Think I need to fool with which font to use.
This isn't using Paint though. Found that program leaves a lot to be desired.
I bought PaintShopPro7 several years ago and it's been great. I believe they used to be Jasc and are now owned by Corel.

UT, just right click and get the properties from whichever one you want.
They all have different numbers/names when I named them and don't recall which is which! 
All are hosted over at Image Shack.

But it still has to be coded out if you want to place it in the signature.

Right, forgot a step, to get the code once you have done what I mentioned above click on edit at html and that will give you the code.

By George, I think I got it, but I couldn't use the link that KK had in the posts with all the images and code to use. I kept getting an error message that the post had been deleted, so I found the original thread, and copied it from there and followed OP's & UT's instruction and it worked.
Still learning new stuff on the computer!
So, y'all want different colored background or different colored letters? Program has a limit on the background colors I can use when creating a new images, but I can do red, blue, green or transparent.
Why the limit on 48 pixels in height? Forum requirements?
Too bad it can't be raised just a little, like maybe to about 60? Hint, Hint!

That is kind of the default forum settings. It can be changed, but this way it limits huge signatures (I should know I used to have one on the other at&t forum!)
