You can set up your phone features through your Online Account Manager. You can also go to the help and support page for Uverse Voice services at att.com. for additional info.

Shouldn't the same codes that are used for POTS work?

Forward on = 72# - when it asks for number it rings that number & it must be answered.

Forward off = 73#

Try it -let us know if it works.
