Your computers can be wireless IF they have a wireless card; if not, ATT usually hands out USB adapters/cards.
TV boxes are NOT wireless (though there have been rumors for a while).
TVs will be hooked up via existing coax or with Ethernet.
Usually a cost for ATT to drop Ethernet in walls (sometimes not, or can do it yourself).
EACH TV needs a Uverse box. You CANNOT just plug coax into your TV and get Uverse.
There is a modem/router/gateway with built-in wireless. It can be placed by a TV or computer, think most of us have it by our computer. Only 4 Ethernet ports on back of that device, so depending on how many computers you have or TVs connected via Ethernet, you'll need a switch to handle the overflow.

This post from 2009 talks about wireless receivers not existing yet. Is that still true? Thanks.

Current info HERE.
Some people have been field-testing them for a while, but yes, they just became available for everyone. ![]()
