we just enabled U-verse. We switched over from DSL, and we were assured that they would be switching over yesterday the second at 8 pm. We tried to set it up, followed the directions, no service light. Tried again several times, never any service light, all the while our normal DSL is still working, even now? Please help. Tried to "PM" Alex, it said that he was unavaliable?? What is going on At&t?

Do you have a NID on the side of your house? Check to see if it works there.

normally the activation date is the earliest that they could provide and what I would suggest is wait until 8AM the next day because, more often than not, they're still working on the activation of your lines....what you could do is check on the broadband and sevice lights(if there's any) to be solid green and you're good to go. but, after 8AM and your still not getting any, that's the time to give them a call and have them check what's going on with the activation process...just a friendly advise

I am having the same problem, but I cannot even get back on to DSL. This is the third day I been working with AT&T to figure out the problem. How long did it take AT&T to resolve the problem and do you have problems being disconnect all the time? I have very little faith now in AT&T.
