trying to sign up for gigapower

i want to sign up for gigapower based on the promotional flier I received in the mail.  I have been shuffled around and keep getting told I need to sign up online.  When I try to sign up online it bases the price on my current package which is the U300.  I want the less expensive package for the U200 but it does not give me an option for that.  When I call customer service I keep getting shuffled around, put on hold, and I cant seem to be able to speak with anyone in the gigapower dept.  Extremely frustrating and almost makes me want to change cable companies altogether.

@moflo84 Contact ATT Customer Care on the link in my signature

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Gigapower sign up problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on. Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉
