This internet is garbage

Every day my internet spikes and rubber bands constantly.  Every hour is just miserable internet and the internet is garbage to begin with.  What is wrong with this garbage internet seriously.  I should be getting paid to be using this internet.

If you want to get it fixed, I'd contact ATT Uverse Care here:

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.

Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

Honestly their internet and their router suck. They give constant ping of 170 ms and it is annoying

I agree i had AT&T at my 1st apartment horrible i only could get the 6 mbps Moved to my 2nd apartment had Time Warner now Spectrum had their 50 mbps never had a problem moved in to my house now literally live right behind their dispatch center and i have 30mbps decent speed when my service doesn't go in and out and their response is its the weekend alot of people are on .... How does that pertain to my service that is password protected makes no sense how "the neighborhood use" is affecting my services AT&T needs to fix this cause never heard it from Time Warner

I agree lots of issues with at&t. Very frustrated with the handling of issues and the customer service. I spent like 10 hours on the phone over 3 months to get some credits issued!!!

This internet is so bad that I wouldn't even wish this kind of torture on serial killers. I mean if I wanted to buy dumpster trash I would've talked to Oscar the Grouch. Look at this madness. One is at its best and the other is at its worst.

This company doesn’t care about its customer. I have checked internet speed multiple times and it’s different everytime. Maybe you should only issue out as much WiFi as you have instead of over sell your product without strong enough servers. [Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].
