For the last 5 evenings we have been experiencing momentary loss of sound and pixelation. I checked the stats and it shows no errors. I have unplugged the rg and set top boxes to no avail. Our internet speed is also noticeably slower. Any help

"Ren: Now listen, Cadet. I've got a job for you. See this button? Don't touch it! It's the History Eraser button, you fool!
Stimpy: So what'll happen?
Ren: That's just it. We don't know. Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?"

If you have any coax connections, check them and make sure they are tight, loose connections can cause the type of problems you are having.
Greg mentioned Realtime above, if you can, download SomeJoe's Uverse Realtime: http://www.uverserealtime.com/
Then post (using the little tree on the reply page) these screenshots:
IP Profile
Bitloading
Error Table
Coax/HPNA (if there is anything showing up)
Works on Windows, not Mac unluckily. ![]()

Should be bigger like this one:
Yours are unreadable, I just inserted mine by browsing to my saved screenshots and did not do anything than hit insert image from the little tree at the top of the message window. ![]()

Post the Coax/HPNA & Channels/Streams tabs.
