Loss of sound and picture pixelation

For the last 5 evenings we have been experiencing momentary loss of sound and pixelation. I checked the stats and it shows no errors. I have unplugged the rg and set top boxes to no avail. Our internet speed is also noticeably slower. Any help

Is this a wireless receiver that you are having problems with? Have you downloaded Uverse Realtime and looked at the information in the Bitrate, IP Profile and Error Table?

If you have any coax connections, check them and make sure they are tight, loose connections can cause the type of problems you are having.

IP Profile
Bitloading
Error Table
Coax/HPNA (if there is anything showing up)

Works on Windows, not Mac unluckily.

Yours are unreadable, I just inserted mine by browsing to my saved screenshots and did not do anything than hit insert image from the little tree at the top of the message window.

I appears that you reset the error table on your RG, or rebooted it. Post back after 7 days, but right now your Bitloading table is showing problems.

Post the Coax/HPNA & Channels/Streams tabs.
