I just recently had uverse installed this week and a couple of days later my RG went crazy and rebooted itself to clear all the corrected and uncorrected blocks so the tech says that came out to look at it. They found a bad connection down my street at a relay. I am no longer getting millions of corrected and uncorrected blocks but my tv is still jumpy and today it said in big teal colored letters "poor signal quality" I am running the IPTV over coax to the gateway and to the TV mentioned. I have another TV that is hooked up directly via cat5. They are sending out a tech tomorrow to look at my wiring. I was wondering if anyone else had gotten a solution to the similar problem from AT&T.
Here are my statistics.

Well they came out to investigate why my tv was jumpy and replaced my baylin spelling? Now I have over a billion corrected blocks and my uncorrected just started today. They are coming out saturday and if they can't figure out whats wrong then I will be seeing them a seventh time for this problem.

Consider calling att tech support 1-800-288-2020. They can reslove and diagnose issues while you are on the phone or send out another tech. The #1 reason many issues are resloved is that customers do not call att tech support.

I called tech support to see if these stats were normal cuz I had called a few times before on them. He said they were not normal and they are sending a manager out and a line tech on saturday. I put that on my last post that they were coming out to look at it again. Wish me luck!
Luck !
