Got new DVR, now my other 2 STBs cannot see it
Does AT&T need to program anything on the back end or should my other two set top boxes automatically find the new DVR.
I alerady rebooted all devices several times. Please do not respond that I should attempt to reboot anything again.

Just checking up on your post. 'My thoughts' offered some great suggestions to restore your Total Home DVR feature. Did this help resolve your issue?

ok, I did not want to have to redo my settings on the RG, but I guess thats fine. I will do it. Is there anywhere on the RG where one can go in and tell it what the mac address is of the DVR ? (It also turns out my DVR wont DVR itself)

Resetting didnt work. I had to call in and they had to reassign which box was the DVR in the database. But, works now. Solution: Call In, but thank you for responding.
