if I bought a $25 data pkg [1gig] and then renew before 30days with a $5 data package [50mb] will the leftover data roll over and add to the $5 pkg ------- also can I sign up for auto-refill on my data pkg --- I didn't see it on the site.

Yes to both questions. Data rolls over as long as you renew each month, put in on auto renew, you can do this online. Good idea to buy the 1GB $25 first month, then $5 plan each month until you run low on data, than buy the $25 plan for one month, then back to $5 plan.

thanks for the responses - I don't know why ATT has to be sooo bone headed on these issuse
this is from their site -- this message appeared when I removed the Auto-Refill option on my $25/250min/90days option
Auto-Refill
You are not currently enrolled in Auto-Refill
GoPhone wireless number: | ||
a few days ago my account Auto-Refilled and the180 min left in my acct were replaced by the new 250min -NO CARRY-OVER I removed the Auto-Refill option on my $25/250min option thinking I might manualy fill it before it expires - ie in 2mos but ??? from my acct: Account Balance Expiration Date -01/06/2013 Rate Plan Expiration Date 11/08/2012
am I reading their information wrong or is ATT misrepresenting the Carry-Over feature I am also not able to find an option to Auto-Refill my data plan thanks in advance for any clarification on this issue |

ok - I found the Auto-refill for data in features and enrolled in the $5 refill to my acct [which is still above 1gig of data] - I will see if it wipes out my balance when it refills or if it carries over as ATT's info says it will
I also re-instated the auto refill on my talk minutes - although it DID wipe out my balance and replace it with the new 250min a few days ago when it auto refilled
there is absolutely no reason this stuff should be so confusing
