So i plan to by a AT&T sim card from their website and put it into my phone which will be a Nexus 4 come christmas. My question is whether i will recieve sufficient signal at my location which is presque isle, maine. The coverage states it's a partner singal that covers my area, will this increase costs? Secondly, am i able to buy this SIM and use it as pay-as-you-go or does it have to be pre-paid? i'm from the UK therefore most of this is different to me. I wish to only top up say $15 a month, is this possible and how much would the average text/call be?
