The problem I've been having is that I haven't been able to receive texts from anyone who uses T-mobile, so I called the GoPhone support. I spent around an hour and a half talking to a rep which consisted of hanging up and her calling me back several times trying to figure it out. I then was transferred to another rep with which I had to hang up and wait for a call back a few more times. The last time I spoke with her she said that my routing number weren't put in correctly from when I ported my number from Cricket, she asked me to hang up and that she would fix it and then call me back. I never received a call back. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I decided to through the AT&T shop help to try and get transferred to someone who could help me. Apparently she thought I was stupid enough to believe her when she told me that they don't have the tools to help me through online chat and that I needed to call the support number. I am NOT going through all that crap again of hanging up and hoping that they call me back. The fact is, it wasn't that they weren't able to help me, they just refused to help me though chat because I use GoPhone. AT&T doesn't care about their prepaid users, they only want to offer decent help to those who get one of their OVERPRICED contract plans.

Even though the concensus may be that a new SIM card can help, no one knows exactly where the fault is. Probably there might be broken route that affects a number of people.
If it were a broken route, it would take AT&T to locate the fault and then fix it.

I'm leaving AT&T, not because of the problem, but because of the lack of help/poor customer service.
