I am so frustrated with the refill system.
Anyone pls help me understand the logic of this prepaid thing because I keep on mistakenly loosing my money.
On December alone, I refill $25 plan twice because I have no idea why my refill on the 11th does not work so I have to refill again on 17th. The $25 plan should cover unlimited messaging and a 250 minute talk. I bought the $25 data plan on December too.
Can someone help me out with this? See below is my summary of my refill.
Today I keep on getting message that I need to refill as I can no longer call nor text (check *777# and said 0 minute calling and 0 sms) but I can still text actually which is weird. So I refill $50 plan wishing to get the unlimited data, text and call. But that's not what happened. I get charged for all sms and calling.
Should I just wait until my old plan completely finished before refill becaude it doesnt add up to the old plan?
I would appreciate any help.
