Hi, I have been using GoPhone feature packages(1000 texts for 10 dollars) since August. I didnt have any problem until this week. I couldn't text anyone and so I figured that my package expired. I renewed it through the online account, and I received a text confirming the payment, but nothing changed. I have been unable to text since 11/29, even though I paid for the package. I have not changed anything on my phone, so it cannot be caused by anything I did. Either AT&T figures this out very fast, or I want my money back and I'm looking for a more reliable service.
