I am a non-resident and got a goPhone last year - loaded it with a year of credit. Tried to add credit so that what was left ($80, or so) didn't expire and cannot do it.
Cannot contact AT&T without calling - from Europe!
Can't set up an ATT ID to send them a message because the system doesn't recognise my account.
No email address for GoPhone support.
What can I do? My credit expired last night and I cannot do anything about it. I keep getting an error screen online, saying my account details cannot be accessed.......
