Lost PIN / PUK requested

Hi.

Just got new wireless device and SIM card (Alcatel & GoPhone Prepaid Plans).

I entered incorrect PIN (wrongly tried the number entered as PIN at paygoonline.com form) and now I'm asked for PUK number.

Trying to access myAt&T account redirects to paygoonline.com, so don't have the possibility to get PUK by online service.

I can't call for customer service help via that cellphone, because its blocked.

What now?

Call customer service at 1-800-331-0500 from a different phone, such as a landline, if there's one available. It's the same system as 611 from your GoPhone, so it will not directly give you the option to speak to a live customer service rep. At the menu prompts, keep saying "customer service" or keep pressing 0 about 3-4 times. The system will eventually give up and transfer you to someone that will be able to give you the PUK code to unlock your phone.
