I just got the Pantech Ease GoPhone, and everything works fine except that I am not receiving my wife's texts. Texting works fine with everyone else, and she is able to receive my texts. Also, calls between us go through just fine both ways. But when she sends texts, my phone isn't receiving them.

call customer service,there could be a tower outage or other reasons for this to happen.I hope this helps..![]()

ok,I am looking up the after hours customer service number:1-800-331-0500,This should list the after hours number for issues that u are having..I hope your issue is resolved..Plzz let me know if it is.

I am unable to receive texts from anyone who uses Virgin Mobile. Both my wife and my sister are on Virgin Mobile, and with both of them, calls go through both ways just fine, they can both receive my texts, but I am unable to receive ANY texts from either one of them. Everything works just fine with everyone else. I REALLY need some help here! Please don't leave me the customer service number... with GoPhone I seem to have NO WAY AT ALL to be able to talk to tech support, because when I call, there is no option for any kind of tech support, and I can't do live chat or email them!! I just switched to GoPhone at the beginning of the month, but if this doesn't get figured out, I will be forced to yet again switch to a different carrier.

Is your phone brand new out of the box?
If the answer is yes, please contact AT&T GoPhone Support number listed below. You can be connected to a customer service rep by saying "customer service" at every voice prompt. Eventually the system gives up and connects you to one.
If the answer is no, then you may want to look at SMS settings. Unfortunately, I am unable to post URLs even though I can read the instructions for Pantech Ease with my browser. But you can google "pantech ease sms issue". There is one hit that says "cannot receive text message" (Yahoo). Select that. If you click the url under best answer, you should eventually see the instructions about SMS settings that you may want to check.

It's a refubished phone, that I got a couple weeks ago. I tried to call, but no matter how much I tried, it wouldn't divert me to a rep.

Hmm ... I wonder why the work around to get to customer service rep did not work for you. I never tried it myself but that's what forum users have been saying about how to get to a live person.
It came to my mind to ask you the question of whether or not you can receive texts from your friends who have Virgin Mobile phones.

I don't receive texts from anyone on Virgin Mobile. They get my texts, and phone calls go though both ways, but I don't receive any texts from them. Everything works fine with everyone else

By the way, this number 1-800-331-0500 may get you connected to a CSR. It's also IVR, requiring anyone to reply with "customer service" at every voice prompt.
