Why are Go Phone customers treated like second class citizens we are not allowed to email customer service, use live chat and are harassed about paying our bills starting 2 weeks before its due. Why is that and am I the only one who thinks they should find a company that appreciates them enough to treat them equal to their contract customers.

I agree. It seems like GoPhone customers get the short end of the stick. Support is almost nonexistent, and it's very difficult to get it.
