I hope an AT&T representative can help me with my issue:
I'm currently not residing in the US and therefore did not refill my AT&T GoPhone after the last expiration on July 2nd. Today I wanted to refill it (deadline should be July 2nd + 60 days grace period = August 31st; today: August 27th) but I cannot login neither at www.myprepaidrefill.com nor at www.paygoonline.com. Last week this worked perfectly fine.
As my phone provider here in Germany does not allow me to call +1 (800) 901-9878, I can't reach AT&T customer service.
Dear AT&T representatives, can you please reset my account so I can refill some money? (I stated my GoPhone number in this forum's profile.) I will come back to the US end of September and I'd highly appreciate to use my AT&T phone number again.
