iPhone 5 upgrade -- won't ship

I received the shipping notification for an iPhone 5, but UPS status is stuck at "Ready for UPS"/Label printed. I contacted UPS, but they said they are waiting for AT&T to send them the package. I called AT&T, and the automated phone options bottomed out and sent me to another number. I called THAT number, and couldn't make any further progress (it was a line for activating a new iPhone -- not locating one that hasn't arrived).
Online chat constantly says "unavailable". This order supposedly shipped on Friday!
What can I do? Is there a number I can call and speak to a person?

Hi there!
If you currently have an AT&T wireless phone, you can dial 611 and there should be an option for something along the lines of "for everything else, press (0-9)". You can also call from a landline phone at 1(800)331-0500.
Alternatively, I would recommend that you send a Private Message to
ATTCustomerCare is part of the AT&T customer service team, They may be able to resolve your Issue. You can expect a reply via return PM between the hours of 7am-10pm CST.
