So frustrated! I tried to chat with someone about upgrading and was told "wait for 48 hours" to find out if we'll be approved for an upgrade or I could pay $250 per phone plus the price of each new phone and upgrade now.......Really? The service sucks, the phones we have suck and customer service sucks. So no thanks, I don't want to upgrade now. We've had problems since we sign up and haven't been happy at all. Our phones don't work right so we were going to upgrade but now I'll wait out the rest of the contract and then go back to Verizon. We NEVER had the kinds of issues with them that we have with at&t. The only reason we switched was to save money.....That was a HUGE mistake! You really do get what you pay for.
