I went to Walmart to upgrade my iPhone 4 to a Galaxy 3s.I was told I couldn't keep my unlimited data and had to switch to a tiered plan anyone have this problem I need help!!!
you should be able to keep the unlimited plan, was this the sales person or att that told you that.

Salesperson then they called AT&T with me on the phone.when I called best buy they told me I could keep my plan.confused
some third party franchises for the carriers have their own policies and rules over and above the standard ones that att have, you may have hot one of wallie worlds requirements for data plans

They are trying to pull the same crap with me right now, I've upgraded from a 3gs to a Note2 and they say AT&T doesn't sell that plan. However it's still an option if I go to AT&T and do the upgrade. When I try to explain it to them on the phone or in a chat, there is nothing they can do they are very sorry for the inconveniance though and then they disconnect Yet another reason to avoid Walmart,

AT&T's return policy has changed effective 10/07/12. You have 14 days to return the device & cxl without a ETF. Policy info HERE.
