Upgraded to new iPhone 5, lost grandfathered plans...

I ordered an iPhone from Apple's Website, since AT&T's website was down at 12:00 AM at the time of the preorders. On there, it said that I could only choose to pick no texts (20c/txt) or $20/unlimited text. However, I've been seeing people getting their grandfathered plans in.

I upgraded my iPhone 4 to a 5 (2+ years), but lost my initial plan. Did I do something wrong? Am I able to get back my texting plan?

Sucks not wanting to pay a whole more $15/m for texting, since I don't text often, but occasionally.

Althought it's 180 instead of 200 now? :x
