I am eligible for an upgrade of my wireless phone, but when I ordered for an upgrade today at first the order was received and then just after few seconds a second e-mail came to me saying that the order was cancelled. I have no clue why did this happen. Can you please help me with this? My order no. is : ************and my cell no. is : *************

Call ATT directly as this is a customer forum. They will be able to see what is going on with your specific order.

I had the same problem, ordered a new phone plus wanted to add a line to my existing acct. Got a confirmation for my order and then immediately got a cancellation notice saying they were unable to either verify my info or I had exceeded the amount of lines I could add online. After spending 3 days on very long and frustrating phone calls which I was told for "security" reasons they couldn't tell me what the problem was, I was finally told it was because they needed to do a background check since I was adding an additional line. It would of been so much easier and so much quicker if the first person I talked to just would just told me that and we could of got it taken care of then. I don't understand why it took so long and so many phone calls for someone to tell me that. Through this forum I got the number for the e-store and that's how I got it taken care of. The number is 1-866-689-1876.
