Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my phone online and having a major obstacle: I can't seem to be both logged into myAT&T and browse upgrade options. I can log into my account fine (pay bills, look at usage, even shop for accessories) but as soon as I click "upgrade phone" I get an error saying the webpage has a redirect loop. I've tried clearing the cache, I've tried various browsers and even various computers. I'm at a loss here. I would just upgrade by phone, but I know the phone I want and it's a web-only item.
Everything was working fine until today, as far as I know. I actually had ordered the phone I wanted, online, two days ago...but then had a change of heart and had it cancelled yesterday. Part of me wonders if it's somehow related, although I don't really know how it could be (maybe the server isn't sure what my upgrade eligibility is anymore, so there's a problem when the upgrade site tries to check)?
Any ideas? I don't see what I can do from my end, but I've been having trouble explaining it to various reps I've spoken to on the phone.
Thanks!

On this computer, I tried Chrome 22.0.1229.79. On another computer I tried the latest firefox, and I'm pretty sure the other user on my family account who tried is using IE.

She is using IE 8.
By the way, the redirect loop happens both when I log in and then click upgrade phone, and when I browse through phones, add one to my cart, and then click log in.
