Everytime I have to call customer service my upgrades get jacked up, EVERYTIME! So I guess that's the icing on the cake jus so u can call back so then they can take away my iPhone unlimited data I got like 3 years ago so they can charge me. Resulting in me calling back and now my upgrades are over a year and a half away, so I will be calling and let's say I'm not happy I guess third time is a charm. They better doubt something wave som fees something. Maybe my call will be dropped like every other call I make full service drops nd failed calls or loses service 100 yards from a tower. Anybody else getting this??? Call to call back next month this is the first time this year and I called them in July of 2012 upgrade date 30jun2013!!! That was the 6 time I called last year, can't take much more been a customer since 1998 until I went to boot camp in 2001 had Cingular all tht time too but I'm only a member since 05 AT&T must gets laughs from me or they just hate me. Will post about an hour after I get off the phone if they answer

Have you had any problems with late payments or credit? AT&T will push back your upgrade date for several reasons. Check here for more information.
