Activating iPhones purchased from www.apple.com

If you purchased your iPhone directly from www.apple.com, please complete the activation process using the SIM card that was pre-installed in your new iPhone and the wireless phone number associated with the line you upgraded. Attempting to use a different SIM card may result in activation delays.

If you intend to use the upgrade eligibility of another number on your account to upgrade your own device, please visit the nearest AT&T retail location with your new iPhone and ask a representative for assistance.
