how can i get text messages in basement office at work

we are moving our office to a basement location at work.  Historically text messages and cell phone reception is very poor in this location.  What are the options for an individual?  I assume you could forward your cell phone calls to  a landline.  What about text messages?  Is there a device that can improve reception?  It is imperative that I receive texts and calls during the day instead of getting them at the end of the day when leaving the office.

If you turn off LTE coverage so your phone will switch to 4G network usually this will improve your signal. If this does not fix it you may want to talk to your company to get a signal booster put in such as the AT&T 3G microcell or another type of signal booster such as A Wilson electronics or Zboost signal booster.
Please contact AT&T with any more questions or message me good luck!!!
