What is the proper procedure to report potential network issues on windows phones, since they do not have a mark the spot app available?
I'm having severe issues getting/keeping a data connection on my lumia 920 at my house (zip 21903), despite the signal strength meter consistently showing no fewer than two bars of LTE. For most text and picture messages, i recieve at least one "can't send" message, and in some cases have to reboot multiple times before the phone will finally connect and send.
at work (zip 21005), i have the same issue with texts not sending back, but i bounce from 1 bar 4g to no service, so it is at least understandable. Curiously, it will go from 0-1 bar 4g to full strength edge, but all data services time out when the signal bar shows connection to edge.
