Severe data speed decrease in Dallas Texas area

Is there anyone else in this area that can check their speeds on the data network? Both myself and a coworker have such slow speeds we can't even get simple websites to load. We are both on HSPA. I did a speed test on my galaxy s ii and got less than half a mb down with a 211ms ping.

I talked with AT&T support who said they would report it, but I wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue as well.
