Hello,
I work in an underground business park. Currently, Sprint is the only provider that gives access to us inside the cave. They have a couple of antennas posted around the cave to keep the servivce alive.
Who can I contact to request this from AT&T? There are MANY AT&T users that work in this large cave and I could easily get some type of list of signatures of those who'm would benefit from this.

There's little point in asking AT&T, as they don't care.
However, you, or the owners of the business park, likely could take matters into your own hands and install a cellular booster. It's likely that a booster could be obtained that would work simultaneously for AT&T and Verizon on 850 MHz and 1.8 GHz. Try Wilson Electronics.

I spoke with an online chat advisor and she said that there is one way, my MAIL only, and to contact AT&T Network Real Estate Administration. 5405 Winward Parkway Alpharetta, GA 30004
Its ridiculous in 2011 I cant even get a PHONE number to call someone. I guess I could even perhaps understand no phones - they simply dont want to talk to anyone. They require it be mailed.. But then WHY THE HECK dont they have a fax? Seriously?! Snail mail?!
Lets just say my hopes sure didnt go up any as far as a timely resolution. I've already prepared and sent a letter with the support of the business complex leasers and property managers.

Honestly, can you image how many people would be calling? Hi, I'm bubba, and my house is 10 miles from anyone elses but I want service. They would need a small callcenter just to handle all the people calling.
I can totally understand why they aren't giving out phone numbers for this.
