Calling my son repeatedly even when he is right next to me, full service and the phone goes to voicemail. NO RING AT ALL. Missed numerous calls same thing. This is a personal and professional disaster, including missed emergency calls from my children. I am sick of AT&T PRETENDING that this is not a SYSTEMIC problem NATIONWIDE.
Calling customer service is a joke a they put you through a lot of rigamarole knowing it won't fix the problem because it is NOT THE PHONE it is AT&T. They are stealing my money monthly and not providing the service they promised. What the #@%% good is it if I cannot reach my children and they cannot reach me??????

Same problem with me too...I have two phones in our family and both are not able to receive calls intermittently. Whenever I restart the phone or if I make a call from it then it somehow starts receiving the calls.
The AT&T agent tried all resets and I even got a SIM replaced but no use. I am getting fed up of calling and the only suggestion they say is restart the phone or change SIM card. I have two phones of two different companies. The other is Samsung galaxy device. Both are having the same problem. It is highly unlikely that both the devices have problems. Network is the common factor for both. This should be a problem with network, since many customers with different phones are facing the same problem. AT&T should resolve this or the customer base will soon be a history.
