NO INTERNET SERVICE DOWNTOWN AUSTIN TEXAS SINCE 03/06/2012

For years I had solid internet service at my place of work in downtown Austin, TX. UNTIL March 6, 2012!

At that time they reconfigured the downtown tower and added several mobile towers for South by Southwest music festival.

It has been broken since that time.

My Iphone 4s has been fully checked by both AT&T and Apple and found to be in pristeen condition and fully upto date.

I have had the maximum bars and 4G (lol), yet no internet.

I have had several case numbers and target dates from AT&T wireless for repair and resolution.

It has now been almost two months of unfulfilled promises and missed target dates.

AT&T WIRELESS GETS AN EPIC FAIL!

I have had the exact same problem. I think this coincided with the launch of AT&T's 4G service. I have absolutely no data service in Austin anymore. Completely worthless. I can't believe they have let this go on for so long.

Same thing for me, but I'm about 60 miles from Houston. I used to have great HSPA 3g connectivity / speed, but now it always seems to get 'congested' during peak hours. This happened end of Feb / beginning of March. Prior to that, never had any issues.
