East End of ST Croix, 00820. We have to drive several miles West to use our phones.
Any update on having them repaired?

have you called the downed tower info into TEch support? Log a comment at Att's facebook page, doubt you will get any support from att here on the forum.

After Irene is gone. They can't do anything until then.

I've been an AT&T user since it was before Cingular.
I never had a complain of it's service only until it became AT&T.
AT&T has been giving us lately a very bad service! Now it's worse than ever.
We have been with limited servicees or no service at all here, and we really are STRESSED OUT and very
ANGRY at this, because for over a week already this has been happening to us here.
We haven't got no respond to our questions on why this has been happening, what we're getting
all of the time is credit off in our cell phones when we do not get any service at all. I think that is very
unfair poor people paying for a service that they are not getting at all!! AT&T must do better than this..it has to be
no servce, no credit taken off our cell phones.
You people of AT&T don't know that your all loosing good costumers due to this reason.
My friends have changed to other providers and some of my family due to this problem...I'm so angry and sad, because
it has been my first cell provider for years and I really don't want to change, but we do not get any explanation whatsoever
about what is going on, the public wants to be inform about this situation, and to stop taking our credit off our cell phones, because we are not getting any service at all here. This problem is getting me a lot of stress because I have realatives in USA and I can't talk to them, nor they to us here. Please do something about this as soon as possible because I really won't like to leave AT&T.

THEN WHAT THE HECK IS THIS FORUM IN HERE FOR? THEN IT DOESN'T MAKES ANY SENSE TO COMPLAIN IN HERE! AT&T REALLY SUCKS AND BIG TIME TOO! I'LL WRITE BACK LATER AS SOON AS I GET A GOOD PROVIDER.. I'M THINKING ON SPRINT. ![]()

As RicoLX said, you can post a comment on AT&Ts facebook page. Another option is calling Customer Care.
If you currently live in the eastern U.S region, then due to Hurricane Irene, some equipment were damaged and degraded. They are working on it and will have everything up as soon as possible. Please be patient.

I have them for work - sometimes I don't get data at all (and I'm ~1000' from their cell site) - voice works ok.
