HORRIBLE RECEPTION! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I live in Santa Barbara, CA. My phone always shows at least 3 bars signal in my apartment, but calls drop ALL THE TIME! Actually it's EVERYTIME!! I never able to make a successful phone call, even I go out and call at the balcony. Calls always drop within 5 secs after dial, or after connected it drop immediately. This is ANNOYING and IRRITATING. Also I tried the service hotline and no one is helpful. Customers need SOLUTION NOT crappy excuses on network converage. If you don't have converage in my area then why you have a store nearby? VERY DISAPPOINTED, I'm not getting the service I want for what I've been paid for.

Look into an AT&T Microcell. It's $200, but if you go up the ladder enough, they will give it to you for free (worked for me).
