My other half has had issues, while at work, since yesterday. There's never been an issue previously. He can see my texts & I see the read receipt but he will get the "E" for service or searching. Heheh tries to dial out it just cancels the call. Occasionally it will work. he switches to airplane mode to reset, occasionally works, then not. Phone works fine at home. His on/off switch (at top) stopped working some time ago but airplane mode works. His boss has a blackberry and he called AT&T, was put on hold for 45 minutes just to be told its because he has an old phone (we won't get into the terrible customer Svc at this point) m Is there a tower issue at: 13510 Central Avenue SW Albuquerque, NM 87121
Please let me know what to do next. I don't have time for a 45 min hold time.
