55352 Jordan,MN very slow data

Does anyone know why Jordan, MN has extremely slow data? My phone shows full 4g signal but speed tests show barely 25k data speeds. Data is unusable here. Please help! Thanks.

sorry about that.Sometimes when a tower is being worked on or is going out and needs replacing, youcan find that info from the second site.

Maybe they can dig.A little deeper and see why it's gone south on you.

quick question - are you om a grandfathered unlimited data plan or one of tiered / mobile share plans? If grandfathered unlimited you may have exceeding 5GB for lte and are throttled till next billing cycle.

I am on an unlimited plan but I am nowhere near 5gb. The data has been nonexistent on my phone and my wife's phone for months. Data kind of worked today but not for long.
