It is all I can do not to scream, curse and tell this greedy mega corporation where to go. I'm not even going to try to get customer service because it is uselessIn fact they will probably dump this post since they dont want their customers to speak out or be heard.

Fair enough. Once I have any time at all, I will continue to research ANY OPTIONS I HAVE TO GETTING OUT OF THIS HORRIBLE MESS.

I consider you LOWER THAN NETFLIX. YOUR DAY IS COMING WHEN HURT CUSTOMERS LIKE ME ABANDON YOU IN DROVES.

took me half hour just to set up a DIFFERENT ID, LOGO, PASSWORD JUST TO GET IN HERE. IM SURE NO ATT HUMANS WILL SEE THIS SINCE THEY ARE TOO BUSY BUILDING PAGES TO DISTRACT ME FROM BOTHERING THEM..

i spent over two hours last night just trying to change password after receiving awful spam and account hacked.

I AM CONVINCED: NO HUMANS WORK FOR ATT...........ONLY PROGRAMMERS BUILDING NEW PAGES TO MAKE US SPEND HOUR AFTER HOUR TRYING JUST TO SOLVE SIMPLE PROBLEMS.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, WORST SERVICE, AND I HAVE WASTED ENOUGH TIME THIS WEEKEND I HAVE TO WORK

EVER SINCE ATT TOOK OVER YAHOO BOTH HAVE SUCKED AND I WILL DO THE ONLYO THINGS POSSIBLE... TRY TO FIND OTHER PROVIDERS BUT THAT IS SO HARD SINCE ATT IS CONNECTED TO EVERYTHING!!!!!

Zombie customer svc. They read a script...they talk over you bc that is what they have-to say. Never mind you are not getting answers. Then they pawn you off or give you another number for whatever reason so you can b on hold or hear that dept is closed ...but not until you go thru all the questions. I heard fcc and bbb complaints are in order. If I can access on my phone I will...bc my dsl makes dial up lo
ok like its on speed. As far as other providers have you looked into satellite svc...may cost more but likely worth the peace of mind ...I will be.
