I have had so many problems with this internet service. Getting transferred 17 times within 1 phone call lasting 2 hours each call. The lies about giving me credit toward my account because they took 2 weeks to get be connected. Each day it costed me $60 a day worth of work that I missed out on. Now, I have a ridiculous bill, and my internet is continuously going out. Why? Where is the customer service?

Please check your private messages (blue envelope, top right of screen). I'd like to get you some direct assistance to make sure your service is working correctly as well as have them review your billing concerns.
