ATT is the Worst customer care in the world,i have an problem with my internet speed i order for 6 mega bite speed and they give me only 3 for that i am calling almost from december 28 th to januray 16 th they didnt fix yet.if any one placing order they do in 5 minutes. the customer care sucks they dont know whay they r doing,if u call first wasting 10 minutes to automated message then after 15 minutes connect to representative u have to tell all your personal to them then they will tell u after 15 minutes sorry i cant help u i will transfer to another department ,they dont know any thing again u have to tell every thing,if u want to talk to a supervisor atleast have to wait an hour.
Please dont try to get any service from ATT if u can pay 10 bucks extra to any other company go with them...

I believe your trying to upgrade from DSL Pro with speeds up to 3.0 Mbps to DSL Elite with speeds up to 6.0 Mbps? I apologize for not being able to do that over the phone. Please send a private message by using the link below to our ATTCustomer care team, they will be able to upgrade you to Elite if it's available in your area and your address. Please include your name, email address, phone number and the best time to be contacted, please also allow up to 48 hrs for a representative to contact you.
