I live in a rural area in Cedar Springs, MI and my neighbor accross the street from me in our subdivision has AT&T DSL service but when I call I get told that service isn't available for my area which is completely not true. Our entire subdivision has been begging AT&T, Charter, Comcast, etc to take our money and give up internet access but we keep getting bown off. Does anyone know who I can contact to get this resolved? A phone number and/or name would be great.

I understand the frustration of not being able to get DSL. What is strange is multiple carriers are saying internet is not available to you. Please reach out to our ATTCustomer care team and they will be able to get you a definitive answer on your exact location and availability. Please include your name, email address, phone number and the best time to be reached.
Here is a little info on DSL availability.
