THIS WAS MY INTRODUCTION TO ATT........ ORDERED DSL INTERNET, ON THE INTERNET, PAID ALL THE FEES, REP CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD TWO TIMES FOR PAST DUE BILL, PAID 162.00 FOR MONITER AND SHIPPING, MAN CAME OUT TO INSTALL, FORGOT TO HOOK UP THE GROUND WIRE, ONE WEEK LATER SOMEONE ELSE CAME OUT FIXED IT. THEN I GET THE CREDIT ON MY CARDFOR THE WRONG CHARGE, AND CREDIT FOR THE 162.00. FIRST MONTHS BILL CHARGED FOR THE WEEK I DID NOT HAVE SERVICE, CHARGE AGAIN FOR THE MONITER AND SHIPPING ONLY THIS TIME IT IS 128.20. HAVE CALLED ATT SEVERAL TIMES TO GET ANSWERS GET PAST AROUND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING. HAVE SENT EMAILS NO ANSWER. WAS GOING WITH COMCAST BUT HEARD THE NEIGHBOR UPSTAIR COMPLAINING ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO I GUESS IM STUCK WITH THIS. THE HIGH SPEED INTERNET IS NOT ITS SLOWER THAT DIAL UP. I JUST WANT TO LET PEOPLE KNOW DO NOT GET ATT......THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING, BROKEN ENGLISH. I AM JUST FEED UP WITH THIS.
