Hello AT&T staff, and members. Today, I've decided to ask a question, and sort of a favor.
Living in the Kern County Mountains of California, the internet service here is a joke. Take note that it is not AT&T service, it is other businesses that provide wireless broadband internet service, for a high fee, and very slow speed.
The community is called Frazier Park, AT&T services cover as far as Lake of the Woods, but they do not cover the other communities such as Pinion Pines, and Pine Mountain Club. What these communities rely on is very slow internet, but is always up and running, or faster internet that is not always online.
People in these communities have gone as far as moving where they live just to get better internet service, which would be AT&T, other wireless internet providers, or the DSL internet service that is provided in Frazier Park and Lebec. The fastest available service in Pinion Pines would be 4G cellular wireless data, but no internet service.
I am just curious as to what it would take to get a tower, or some sort or reciever in the communities of Pinion Pines, and Pine Mountain Club, to provide the service of AT&T U-Verse, or just Internet service in general.

I understand your need for a faster more reliable internet service - unfortunately there are currently no plans to expand AT&T U Verse in your area at this time. We continue to invest in our 4G LTE wireless network which could provide a solution to a faster reliable internet in the future but those plans are still in the works.

So, what would it take to have AT&T consider expanding service to our area? We just moved here and we would like to able to have AT&T U-verse. We are been AT&T Wireless Customers for several years.
It sounds to me from this post and several others that I've read, that you have a lot of people in this community interested in your service, so why wouldn't you do something about that?
