General speaking, ATT should install DSL service in my house at May 23, 2013. However, agent told me att has a engineering issue. So, I am wait and wait again......
No idea what happen in ATT enginering department. This is a terrible problem to a service company.
Someone has same experience?

Please click ATTCustomerCare and send a private message providing details regarding the scheduled install. If you have an account number please provide it in that message as well as your name and an email address if possible Please also provide a contact number with a good time for you to be reached. Please give our folks at least 48 business hours to respond, however you will hear directly from a manager to help you get this resolved.
