Does anyone know how to get through to someone at ATT to help get DSL service in our community? There are literally hundreds of homes in the area and even a huge new elementary school, but for some reason, ATT will not add DSL to the service here. Does anyone know if a petition will work? If so, who do I send it to? How can I get through to our local ATT installers or executives to speak with them? All the customer support tells me is to "check back periodically" to see if service is offered. Well, I've been doing that for 7 years now. I'm paying through the nose for Verizon service (well over $300 per month) and can't believe that ATT wouldn't be interested in that or the many, many other people in the area that are in the same boat. What do I have to do to get a company to take my money?

Hello and welcome to the forum. For more information on a possible solution please reach out to an ATTCustomer care agent by following the link below. Please include your name, email address, phone number and the best time to be contacted, please also allow up to 48 hrs for an agent to reach out.
While exact areas are not mentioned ATT is trying to get better speeds and reach more customers in the coming years. Here is a bit of information on that.
