I have been a costumer of ATT for about 3 months now. I have had several issues concerning my bill and charges. First was the start up fee of $49 that I was never informed of. Thankfully that was in their records and promptly taken care of. The next thing is an issue I have called twice about and directly a third time when their office opens. I have asked them to please send me a paper bill each month and they still have not done such. Next item, when I called about receiving a bill in the mail the second time, they promised me a monthly bill of $29.70 instead of $35.70. Which I thought was in appreciation and that I would soon be receiving a bill in the mail. Still hasn't happened and still being charged $35.70. Well that's off my chest and hopefully it will be resolved when I call in the morning.

Hello and welcome to the forum. I would like to suggest that you go to Att.com and set up your online account for future changes. That way whenever you would like to make a change to your account you can do it right online, receiving paper bills included, no need to call in ever again and no wait times.
If for some reason after talking to customer service this morning your issue still isn't resolved you can always send a private message to our ATTCustomer care team by following the link below. Please include your name, email address, phone number and the best time to be contacted, please also allow up to 48 hours for a representative to contact you.
